Shipping and Return Information

Order Processing strives to get our products to our clients as soon as possible!  Our industry usually works within a 4-6 week time frame.  PLEASE, keep in mind many of our products are “Made to Order”…meaning when orders are entered the factory goes to work to bend, paint, and sew to make furniture available.  Each item on our site gives a fair representation of usual lead times for each product.

We will make every attempt to communicate with you during every step of the order process.  Keep in mind, we are a REAL operating outdoor furniture business in Atlanta…here 7 days a week, Monday thru Saturdays 10AM-6PM and Sunday’s 12PM-5PM.  If you ever feel compelled to talk to us about your order, please call our 1-800 telephone number above, and we can speak in detail with you about the order.  We are NOT able to call factories on weekends (they are closed) so we can certainly check on orders the very next business day

Standard Delivery

Our products are currently shipped the most efficient way possible.  Larger items (patio furniture) is shipped via LTL freight truck.  These items are too big for standard package delivery via UPS or FedEx.  Products shipped either FREE or Paid (depending on the product) to client’s home or business address provided.  Home drop-off delivery will usually require an appointment set up by the freight company.  Business addresses usually do not require “set” appointment, unless requested by our client.

Our standard delivery DOES NOT include assembly and placement of product in your Outdoor Living Space.  It does include safely getting the product to your home driveway or business dock address.

Please keep in mind, we try to keep shipping to a VERY low cost.  In case of many items on our site, shipment is FREE!  Larger items that do incur extra expense…typically does not even cover the entire cost of the freight bill, but simply off sets some of the freight expense.  These items tend to be larger and bulky, thus cost more to move across the country.

Once product is shipped…standard delivery time is 3 to 7 days to our clients (depending on where they reside)


White Glove Delivery does not currently offer White Glove Delivery service.  We are shopping for the best provider at reasonable pricing to our clients.  White Glove Delivery typically takes the shipment to the “next level” of unpacking, unwrapping, assembly of some items, and placement in your space.  This form of shipping typically costs more than just freight (getting the product there).

Shipping Charges

Most of our smaller sized products SHIP FREE via UPS/Fed Ex.  The larger and heavier products require shipping via freight truck.  No products on our site ship for more than $250, if freight charges apply.  Each individual/set that requires a freight charge is labeled next to pricing what exactly that freight charge, so you know before you check out.

P.O. Boxes
We cannot ship and will not ship to Post Office Boxes due to size and weight restrictions.

Damages in Shipping

We make every attempt to be sure the products are wrapped and protected as BEST as possible.  Sometimes freight companies do not treat the products as well as we prefer.  Accidents can happen, but please be assured any damages due to freight will be taken care by Casual Image.  We just need to know as soon as possible when damages due to freight occur.  Please call 1-800-983-7088 if any issues arise at the time of receiving shipments.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to check/inspect all boxes and/or packaging when it arrives.  If there is damage to the package/boxes it is best practice to go ahead and open the boxes/packaging to determine if anything happened to the product inside.

If product inside is damaged…please make a note of damages and have the driver sign off that damage have occurred.  We will NEED you to keep documentation of the receipt of product and damages, and Casual Image can assist from that point forward.

Delivery Outside of the United States
Alaska and Hawaii

We don’t currently ship product to either Alaska or Hawaii.  Our products can be only shipped to the lower 48 States currently.
Return Information

Items that ship for FREE (ex. Throw pillows, hammocks, swings, etc) may be returned within 3 days of receipt.  The products MUST be in perfect condition, free and clear of any damage or apparent use to receive a credit.  The consumer is responsible for shipping charges back to Casual Image, those charges vary depending on location of product, size, and weight of the product.

Items that ship via freight charges may not be returned to Casual Image.  These products usually involve longer lead times, and are usually custom built for the client upon order entry.  We do not have the same return flexibility for larger purchases, due to cost and size.  PLEASE be sure to select products carefully for your space before making a purchase.  Feel free to call us anytime to discuss the products before making the purchase.
